The Customer Experience Executive is to manage, develop and grow our customer base, guided by a set of Key Performance Indicators set out for the Sales Team. The Customer Experience Executive is to build strong customer relationships. Deepen the penetration of the clients’ network with the overall end result of maintaining our competitive advantages to the satisfaction of the Sales Team Leader.


  1. The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for executing the sales strategy.
  2. The Customer Experience Executive provides personal leadership towards the achievement of optimal conversion rates and consistency in delivery of revenue targets for the company.
  3. Reports to Sales Team Leader on quotas and targets to continuously improve the forecasts, leads, conversion rates, number of customers to increase turnover and ultimately increase company profits and contribute to the development of the organization


  1. Know all print processes, materials and equipment
  2. Know the company’s products and services, processes and policies
  3. Know your Customers and their businesses
  4. Attain specific targets and Key Performance Indicators
  5. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle
  6. Attain monthly sales quota
  7. Keep abreast of Sales techniques, trends and opportunities
  8. Provide Sales Team Leader with a weekly Call Tracking and Deal Pipeline report
  9. Attend weekly Sales meetings (7:30 till 10:30 am)


  1. Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing and Sales Management or related discipline considered an asset but not an absolute
  2. 2 years experience in Sales in a manufacturing environment preferred
